2/28/22 Around the World in 80 Days

My husband and I just finished the watching BBC's remake of the Jules Verne classic, Around the World in 80 Days. The German actress Leonie Benesch was particularly enchanting in the role of fledgling journalist Abigail Fix (above), and the lavish sets did not disappoint this devoted Masterpiece fan - see them in Architectural Digest here. 2/21/22 Resort is calling

After last year's "terrible, horrible, no good, very bad" winter, I didn't expect to be saying this, but I cannot wait to kiss this February goodbye. I'm soooo ready for the warm sun on my face along with a big dose of vitamin D - and perhaps some vitamin sea too, please.
